Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present.  Cost is deposited with the SCWF, W.B as per order dated 24.11.2016.  None appears for the OPs.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/181/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Complainant has prayed for a direction upon the OP Nos. 1 to 3 to produce the entire Bedhead Tickets and other pathological documents, test reports etc. along with typed copies of the same before this Commission.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant and on perusal of the papers on record we direct the OP Nos. 1 to 3 produce the aforesaid documents as per prayer (i) of the Misc. Application by 14.6.2017.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
