Final Order / Judgement

Order No.-

The Complainant and the OPs are present through their respective Ld. Advocates. The OP-1 and 2 have sought time for filing questionnaire.

Fix 02.08.2021 for filing questionnaire by the OP-1 and 2 as a last chance.

We have taken the MA being no-21/2021 for hearing and disposal. No written objection is forthcoming on behalf of the OP-1 and 2 against the said MA. It is seen by us that inspite of repayment of the entire loan amount  and after issuance of ‘No Dues Certificate’ in favour of the Complainant, the OP-1 and 2 are deducting an amount from the account of the Complainant in a regular manner. We have seen that the contention of the MA has duly been corroborated the documents by the Complainant. For this reason we are not inclined to grant any further time to the OP-1 and 2, rather we are inclined to allow the prayer of the Complainant as sought for by the Complainant in the MA being no-21/2021.

Hence the MA being no-21/2021 is thus allowed on contest without any cost.

In view of the above the interim order will be in force till disposal of this complaint.
