| Final Order / Judgement | The complainant Shri Dayaram Handique is present along with his appointed advocate. O.P. No.2, 3 and 4 are also present along with their advocates. Both the parties have jointly filed petition No.28/22 stating that at the intervention of well wishers of both the parties and on mutual consent, this complaint has been mutually settled in between the parties. The O.P. No. 2, 3 and 4 viz. Dr. Gaurisankar Borgohain, Dr. Bipulananda Rajmohan and Dr. Prakash Maheswari jointly paid Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakh)only to the complainant, Shri Dayaram Handique by depositing the sum or Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees fifteen lakh)only in his S/B A/c No.30740659490 with SBI, Demow Branch as full and final settlement of claim. The receipt of which is confirmed and acknowledged by the complainant. Deposit receipts (Xerox copies) are also enclosed with their petition. Both the parties declare that they have no any claim or counter-claim against the other including the O.P. No. 5 of this complaint case. They pray that this case may be disposed of on compromise and their petition may be regarded as a part of the final order. Based on their joint petition and after hearing the complainant, this Commission is pleased to dispose this complaint petition on compromise. Hence, case is disposed of on compromise. Tag petition No.28/22 along with this final order. | |
