This case is taken up before the Lok Adalath.  Complainant and counsel are called out present.  Opposite party  and counsel also present.  Complainant counsel has filed memo not pressing the complaint as the same has been settled before the Lok Adalath in between both the parties.

     In view of memo is filed not pressing the complaint, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as not pressed/settled.
