This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 4 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, irreparable loss, hardship, serious prejudice, monetary loss, total disability and physical sufferings caused to the complainant and cost of the proceedings.

CMP Nos.16/2019 & 17/2019 are dismissed.   Hence, this case is dismissed for default.
