ORDER:

                   Learned counsel of complainant made a statement that in view of citation 2016 (4) CLT-133(NC) titled as Prikshit Parasher Versus Universal Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. he withdraw present complaint and made a request for seeking permission to file the same in the proper Court and also requested to return the original documents.         

      In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. The Original documents may be returned after placing the Photostat copies on the file and against due receipt. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
