Order

              Ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 2 has made a statement that he is ready to refund the amount of Rs. 6900/- subject to return of old handset and accessories.

              Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by the Shri Joginder Kuhar, Adv. For respondent no. 2, and keeping in view his statement, he has no objection to decide the present case.

     Heard.

     Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off with the direction to the complainant to return the old handset and its accessories and similarly it is directed to the respondent no. 2 to make the payment of Rs. 6900/- to the complainant on receipt of old mobile set and its accessories.

 

File be consigned after due compliance.
