ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties and to replace the defective Sony LED Panel 32 Inch 32W672G(Black) with a new product of the same description or in the alternative and to refund the sale consideration of Rs.30,200/- with interest at the rate of 6%p.a from the date of purchase till the date of realization and to direct the opposite parties jointly and severally liable to pay compensation to the complainant to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- for the mental agony.

Complainant present. 1^st opposite party served. 1^st opposite party called absent. AOS filed Mr.Deepak Jain files vakalath for 2^nd opposite party. Counsel  made endorsed stating defective products replaced. Hence complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
