       This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to refund a sum of Rs.4660/-  and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- for mental agony and to pay Rs.1,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

          Complainant called absent for long time.  Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time. Opposite party has not paid the cost in filing written version.    Proof affidavit of Opposite party also not filed  for long time. Complainant and Opposite party called absent for long time.  Hence  this Complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
