JUDGMENT
SRI. M.V. VISWANATHAN : JUDICIAL MEMBER
No representation for the Revision Petitioner. This revision petition is filed against the order dated:11th October 2010 passed by CDRF, Alappuzha in I.A.74/10 in CC.96/09. The aforesaid I.A.74/10 was filed to reopen the evidence in CC.96/09. The said petition was filed by the complainant therein. The Forum below was not pleased to reopen the evidence for the complainant, as the complainant was given sufficient opportunities for adducing further evidence. The impugned order would make it clear that the complainant and her counsel were absent on 8/4/2010, 10/5/2010 and 16/6/2010. Thus, the Forum below is perfectly justified in disallowing the I.A.74/10 which was filed by the complainant in CC.96/09. So, the present revision filed by the complainant therein challenging the order passed by the CDRF, Alappuzha on I.A.74/10 is legally unsustainable. The revision petitioner is absent when the matter was taken up for hearing. Hence this Commission is of the view that there is no reasonable and acceptable ground to interfere with the order dated:11/10/2010 passed by CDRF, Alappuzha on I.A.74/10 in cc.96/09. Therefore, the present revision deserves dismissal at the admission stage itself.
Hence this revision is dismissed. The impugned order passed by the Forum below is confirmed.
