Today is fixed for admission hearing.

The complainant is present. On scrutiny of the complaint petition it appears that the complainant filed the instant Consumer Complaint against the OPs 1) Union Bank of India, 225C, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata-700071, 2) World Technology, 40 Girish Park, P.S.-Girish Park, Kolkata-700006, 3) Bureau of Indian Standards, 1/14 CIT Scheme, VIIM, VIP Road, PS.-Manicktala, Kolkata-700054 and 4) Post Master, Bedeon Street, P.S.-Girish Park, Kolkata-700006 for deficiency in service. Prayer of the complainant is for a direction to OP-2 to return back the product in question / return the amount  for product of Rs.1,90,000/- and to pay  a sum of Rs.90,000/- as compensation.

On close scrutiny it appears that the complainant resides at 171/A Bidhan Sarani, Burtolla P.S., Kolkata-700006 and grievance of the complainant is against the OP-2 World Technology, 40 Girish Park, P.S.-Girish Park, Kolkata-700006. Both the addresses are beyond the jurisdiction of this Commission.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to admit the instant Consumer Complaint.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file afresh on the same cause of action in appropriate Commission or court of law, if so advised and if not, otherwise barred by law.
