The Complaint here by allowed in part with cost of Rs.2000.

The OP here by directed to pay a sum of Rs.250000/- with other benefits if any to the complainant through his natural guardian complaint No.1 towards the death benefit on LIC money plus Policy No. 723767487 of deceased insured veena R. Holla.

Thye payable amount under this order shall carry future interset at the rate of 10 percent P.a from date of the complaint till realization. The amount to be recived fron OP comnplainant for and on behalf of complainant 3 shall be kept in fixed deposit in the name of complainant No.3 in any one of the branches of a Nationalized Bank of the choice of complaint No.1 till complainant No.3 attains majority with intimation to this forum and the interest there on to be accurued periodically may be utilized by complainant No1 for welfare of complainant No.3.

The OP shall comply the order within a period of 60 days from date of communication of this order
