This Execution Application  hearing is advanced suo motu by this Forum  from 08.04.2015  to  25.03.2015  and   this Forum passed the following

                   Execution Application filed under section 27 of Consumer protection Act of 1986.

                  At request of both hearing is  advanced suo motu by this Forum. Mr. Ram.Thirunavukkarasu, Advocate files vakalath of opposite party 1 and 2.  The matter is settled between the parties. As per the terms of the memo  the  amount  claimed in Column.7 i.e Rs.12,000/- (Rupees twelve  thousand only) was paid by the opposite parties on 03.10.2013 itself and non traceable and no objection certificates  are also issued by then.  The opposite parties are directed to pay the sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only)  towards the entire expenditure incurable  by the petitioner for getting the duplicate  Registration certificate from the office of the  Regional Transport Officer and that amount is also paid by them. Full satisfaction is recorded and Execution petition is terminated.  Memo filed on  03.10.2013 in evidence of payment of Rs.12,000/- is recorded.  Recall the warrant.
