:: O R D E R :: Counsel for Respondent/opposite party filed a memo to the effect that a cheque bearing No.008180 dt.02-05-2011 for Rs.1,65,682/-(Rupees One lakh Sixty five Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Two) only deposited in this forum in full and final satisfaction of the claim on the file of this forum. Accordingly counsel for Petitioner/Complainant filed another memo to close these proceedings. Hence E.A is terminated as fully satisfied.
