   The case has been filed by the complainant  for getting an order directing the OP to stay all the proceedings in connection with the vehicle loan he had taken from  the OP together  with compensation.

   The present petition  is filed by OP stating that  this complaint is not maintainable because  as per the facts of the case, complainant has filed this complaint against the letter sent by OP demanding to pay the due amount in his vehicle loan with OP with a fear to seize the vehicle.  On perusal of complaint it is seen that complainant himself admitted that there is due  in the vehicle loan and also not disputed about charging exhorbitant interest in the said notice.  So there is no cause of action against OP as contended  by OP in the present  petition.

   Hence considering the facts of the case and contentions of OP in the present  petition, we are of the view that without any legal cause of action against OP, this complaint is not maintainable.

   So the petition filed by OP, is allowed.  The case is dismissed as it is not maintainable
