ORDER

            The case record is put up before this Commission on the prayer of the Ld. Advocate of the petitioners/complainants.

            Complainants/petitioners files a petition with a prayer to restore the pension account being No. 32607001395 lying under State Bank of India, Bangachhatra Branch, Birbhum.

            Perused the petition heard Ld. Advocate for the complainants/petitioners considered.

 Let the petition be treated and registered as M.A Case No. 23/2022.

            It is alleged that the complainants/petitioners are restrained by the OP Bank to operate their pension account being No. 32607001395 lying under State Bank of India, Bangachhatra Branch, Birbhum (O.P). So, they could not be able to withdraw their pension from account and are in struggle for existence, under such circumstances as the petitioners are senior citizens, the OP Bank is directed to allow the petitioners to withdraw their pension from their pension account being No. 32607001395 lying under State Bank of India, Bangachhatra Branch, Birbhum.

Ordered,

that the M.A Case No. 23/2022 dated 23/08/2022 is this allowed in favour of

the petitioners and the OP/State Bank of India, Bangachhatra Branch, Birbhum is here by directed to allow the petitioners to operate their pension account being No. 32607001395 lying under State Bank of India, Bangachhatra Branch, Birbhum.

            So, that they can withdraw their pension and to run their daily life smoothly.

            Thus the M.A Case No. 23/2022 is thus disposed of.
