               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in collecting excess amount towards parking charges of his vehicle by the opposite party along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to return the excess parking charges of Rs.40/- and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony along with cost and incidental expenses to the complainant.
No representation for complainant. No Proof affidavit was also filed by the complainant Sufficient opportunities given.  Hence, this commission is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence this complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
