This a complaint filed under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act,2019 alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties.
- The opposite parties have filed written version denying all allegations and claims made in the complaint.
- The case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant today. The complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.
