SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN: PRESIDENT
This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainants against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of the opposite parties. When the case came up for consideration today, the complainants and 1st opposite party were represented through their respective counsels. It is submitted that the matter is amicably settled out of court. The counsel for the complainants filed a memo stating that the matter is settled and they are not willing to further proceed with this complaint. The memo of settlement is accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the dispute, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.
In the result the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
