          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

        Amendment of Cause Title not carried out by the complainant for long time.  Amended copy of complaint also not filed for long time.  Complainant called absent for long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
