The case of the complainant is that he paid Rs.11,000/- as security to the opposite party on assurance to give him a job in the establishment of opposite party. He was not given the job. The security amount is also not repaid. Hence the complaint.<br /> 2. Vakkalath was filed for opposite party by Adv. K. Mehroof Shihab. No version was filed. Complainant was personally present. On perusing the records it is seen that the dispute is not a consumer dispute. As per Sec.2(o) service does not include the rendering of any service under a contract of personal service. Hence the complainant is not a consumer. 3.
