Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Show cause petition filed but in support of the show cause petition no data or documents has been provided. Moreover the complainant has not filed any postal receipt or TR to show that notice has been served upon the ops. It clearly indicates that the complainant just killing the time and delaying this case due to the reason best known to her. Considering the conduct of the complainant this District Commission is of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so there is no other way but to dismiss this complaint case for non compliance of the order of District Commission.

 that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.
