The branch Managerof the OP,insurance company files affidavit undertaking to repair the vehicle 
in one day and handover back the same to the complainant.
interlia other statements after the submissions to this effect,
nothing is left to adjucate,However if the argument to the effect of comlainants, 
non cooperation in inspection of the vehicle are true,no fault an be found with the opponent.
However under the fact and circumtances of the case ,we direct the complainant to handover the 
vehicle in question to the opponent under due acknoledgement and
furhter direct the opponent to effect due and proper repair to the damaged vehicle 
on the same day and handover back the vehicle to the complainant on the sme day.
The ase is dispossed off,there were no order to cost and otherwise.
