               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling defective washing machine along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to replace the onida washing machine with a new one and to pay a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- as compensation for the mental agony, pressure, torture and physical illness due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties along with cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for the complainant.  Notice of transfer served on the complainant on 08.08.2022.  Inspite of sufficient opportunities and information provided by this commission, no proof affidavit was filed.   Hence, this commission is of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file.  Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
