On scrutiny of record, it appears that on 17.10.2023, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for default and the date was fixed on 31.10.2023 and today also the complainant is found absent without any reply to the show cause. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.

Be it mentioned that as per order dated 18.10.2022, the opportunity for filing evidence has been closed. So, it is a case of no evidence.
