The complaint filed against the O.Ps for non refunding of the deposited amount before this forum as this forum found that the above cases are coming under the economics offence wing Bhubaneswar for proper inquiry . All the depositor are residing at Bhawanipatana town ,Dist –Kalahandi state-Odisha , The Agent of the above companies had received the amount from door steps of the depositor residing at Bhawanipatana.
