          The case is that on 26/11/05 the complainant had deposited Rs.5,000/- with 1^st respondent.  It was promised that double amount will be given on six years.  But no amount is returned so far.  It is a deficiency in service of respondents.  So a lawyer notice was issued but of no remedy.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondents remained exparte.

          3. The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 to P3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the double amount of Exhibit P1 amount with interest at the rate of 12% from the date of complaint,  that is  19/12/12 till realization with costs Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) within a month from the date of  receipt of copy of this order.
