Both parties filled a compromised petition to settle the case.  

The complainant has paid for a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Only) in terms of  the Policy No. 998964927 (Jeevan Arogya). The O.P. Life Insurance Corp. Of India, Jeevan  Prakash, Santi Para, P.O. Jalpaiguri P.S. Kotwali, and District: Jalpaiguri, Pin- 735101 has paid  the entire amount in satisfaction to the complainant as per compromised. 

 Therefore, the Policy amount in question is paid full and final settlement. The complainant  has got the entire amount as paid to the complainant.  

 Both the councils are present and admitted the compromise which appears to be voluntary.   Therefore, the case is thus, disposed off in terms of the compromise petition which do form  part of this order. 

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
