1.           This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.           This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties and case was posted to this date for the appearance of the opposite parties. When the case came up for consideration today, the counsel appearing for the complainant filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the complaint with a liberty to file a fresh complaint. The memo filed by the complainant’s counsel is accepted and recorded. Permission is granted to withdraw the complaint.

              In the result, complaint is dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to the complaint to file a fresh complaint. There will be no order as to costs.

              A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
