                This C.C.Case has been filed U/s-35 of C.P.Act, 2019  and taken up today for order. Since it is a year old case, we are disposing it on priority basis as per mandate of C.P.Act, 2019.

Perused  the complaint petition with documents therein and so also the order-sheet available on record.  The complainant filed this Consumer complaint petition on dated 10.02.2020  against the above said O.Ps with allegation stated therein and a prayer to pass an appropriate order “to direct the O.Ps to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-  as compensation for causing negligence in the service.

After issuance of notice by this Hon’ble Commission  the O.Ps have   not appeared and not  filed the written version. Hence they have been set-exparte dt. 04.05.2023.  Heard. 

We have gone through the case record and perused the entire order sheets Since dated 31.03.2022, even after repeated calls the complainant has remained absent and no steps have been taken by him regarding this case. Moreover, the complainant has remained absent from 31.03.2022 to 28.08.2024 and it seems that the complainant  does not want to proceed with this case further.    

            Hence, the present C.C.Case No. 26/2020 is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution and accordingly disposed off. No order as to cost.

                          Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.   

           Pronounced in the open Commission, on this the  30^th   day of October,2024.
