ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:
JUDGMENT
Agreement period shall be over on 21.5.2024. It is submitted by the counsel for opposite parties that the complainant is a defaulter and loan and there is no deficiency in service and also fairly submitted that if complainant shall pay the entire dues on or before 21.5.2024 then 50% of overdue interest/additional interest shall be deducted by opposite parties. The counsel for the complainant submitted that he will try to clear.
We find no merit in the consumer complaint as there is no deficiency in service and relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor. But taking into consideration of the aforesaid fact, we direct that if complainant pays the entire dues on or before 21.5.2024, then 50% of ODI shall be deducted by opposite parties. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
