The complaint is allowed in part and the opponent is directed to refund the excess amount of Rs.57,463/- to the complainant alsong with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from the date of complaint till the date of refund. The opponent is also  directed to pay the costs of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. The opponent is directed to comply with the aforesaid orders within   a period of 30 days  from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
