The O.P through their Learned Advocate Sri , M.P Singh , has filed v.nama and written version of the O.P ,copy served .On the other hand the complainant filed evidence on affidavit in support of their claim, copy served to the opponent.

Later the Learned Advocate for the complainant filed a Memo with a submission that the complainant is ready to accept the proposal of O.P Dt.27.06.2022 which is also acknowledge by the O.P . The said memo is taken into record.

In view of the above said settlement of the parties that ,the O.P shall pay the maturity amount of Rs.22,202/- to the complainant towards maturity amount of the deposit within one month of this settlement. Accordingly the case is disposed of.

Parties are directed to acted upon as per the above settlement and comply the order within 45 days of receiving of this order.
