Complainant files an application and praying for withdrawal of this case. Heard both sides. The complainant himself is present and submits that he is intending to withdraw the instant case as the matter has amicably been settled. Accordingly we are of the view that there is no need to proceed with this case furthermore since when the matter has been settled between the parties.
