This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.3,93,477.56/- for the claim with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 04.12.2014 to till the date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, sufferings and deficiency of service with cost to the complainant.

The opposite party’s Counsel filed a settlement Memo.  The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement also.  In view of the endorsement, this case is dismissed as withdrawn since the case is settled between the parties.
