This Execution Application  is coming for before us on 10^th day of  April, 2015 in the presence Thiru.S. Martin, Counsel for Petitioner/Decree Holder, Thiru. L. Srinvasan, Counsel for Respondent/Judgement, this Forum passed the following:

          This Execution Application  is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder  under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  praying for penalizing  the Respondent/Judgement Debtor for non compliance of the order in C.C. No. 78/2005 dated 03.10.2006 passed by this Forum.

             Petitioner is called absent. No other representation. It is seen from adjudication that it is pending for furnishing the correct address of the Respondent/Opposite party from 08.12.2011, i.e. nearly more than 3 years. Therefore there is no justification to prolong further without any  progress. Hence, the petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
