Complainant as well as O.P are present complainant filed a memo stating therein that the O.P has already paid the settlement out of Rs.5,848/- in shape of Bank Draft and he has received the same towards full and final settlement of his claim. The matter has been settled amicably between the parties and the complainant does not want to proceed any more in this case and pray for withdraw of the complainant.

Herd the complainant present, As the disputed is settled amicably between the parties, this complaint is hereby dismissed as settled . The memo filed by the complainant be formed as part of this order.
