Present:       Complainant in person alongwith Mr.Deepak Sharma, Adv.

                   Mr.Sheetal Bindal, Adv., for the Ops.                                               

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration and submission of No Due Certificate in the Forum by the Ops. Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received the NOC from the Ops with the assurance that any formality in future will also be complied by the Ops. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs, and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
