OP No.2 appeared in person in the capacity of Manager and tendered his ID as Annexure R-1. Parties to the complaint arrived at settlement vide which Op No.2  disbursed a sum of Rs.9000/- to the complainant which has been accepted by the complainant being fully satisfied vide his statement recorded separately today in the Forum. Complainant also stated on oath that he is satisfied and his complaint may be disposed of accordingly.

                        In view of the above statements tendered by the complainant as well OP No.2, present complaint is disposed of being fully satisfied.  Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.   File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
