Both parties are absent. No steps taken. On perusal of record, it is found that complainant is remaining absent since a long without taken steps. It is a year old case and complaint is not interested to proceed with the case as well as the valuable time becomes laps of the Commission. Hence, the complaint case is dismissed for default without cost accordingly.
