Complainant is absent and OP also found absent today. On perusal of case record it is found that on 16.03.2019 the case record was called for and learned advocate Sri S. S. Panda filed fresh Vakalatnama in favour of the OP No. 1 as well as a time petition also allowed for filing of written version. Notice also returned back against OP No. 2 on 18.07.2019. Complainant is found absent since a long and he could not file the requisites like copy of complaint petition till today for issuance of fresh notice against OP No. 2. 

In view of aforesaid observations it is presumed that complainant is  not interested to proceed with this case and he also does not carry out/obey the order of the Commission as well as wastage the valuable time of this Commission. Hence, the complaint case is dismissed for default accordingly.
