ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party  to  refund a sum of  Rs.1722/- towards installation and subscription of internet service and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as compensation  and also to pay cost of the complaint.

 

 The complainant filed memo stating that the matter is settled and received a sum of Rs.16,722/-.  Hence the Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo this case is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
