Complainant and opposite party appeared. Complainant appeared through authorised agent. Both parties submitted that the matter is settled between the parties. The complainant is ready to pay Rs.50,000/- within 15 days and the balance Rs.1,50,000/- will be paid within 2 months. The opposite party also agreed. The complainant is directed to pay Rs.50,000/- to the opposite party within 15 days and the opposite party is directed to receive the same and the complainant is directed to pay the balance after 45 days of the same. The opposite party is directed to avoid the interest for the same if the complainant pays the same in the above limited period and settle the vehicle loan of the complainant. Both parties agreed.
Hence the petition closed.
