ORDER By Sri. K. Gheevarghese, President: The Complainant is represented. The 2nd Opposite Party is presented. Rs.3,500/- paid to the 2nd Opposite Party towards the settlement of the dispute. R.C Book which is in possession of 2nd Opposite Party is handed over to the Complainant. 1st Opposite Party filed statement stipulating the terms of settlement.
