Complainant filed on 01.11.2018 u/s 12(i)(a) of C.P Act.1986 . Notice vide L.No.387 dt.24.11.2018 along with copy of the complaint is served to the O.P through Regd. Post vide consignment No.RO841718654IN is available in the record. But  the O.P did not choose to contest the case for which set exparte on 31.10.2019. Complainant also remained absent and taken so many adjournment .Heard the Learned counsel for the complainant. We have gone through the record carefully. There is no evidence on record to show that the had ever produced the alleged vehicle in the service centre of O.P nothing cogent has been brought on record by the complaint to substainate the averment of the complaint petition .it is difficult to conclude the negligence .deficiency of service on the part of the O.P. Hence this present complainant does not succeed. We dismissed the present complaint with no order to cost.
