Complainant and opposite party filed joint statement. Hence complaint disposed off as per the terms of compromise. As per the terms of compromise we direct opposite party to pay Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the complainant within one month from the receipt of this order, failing which the complainant is entitled to realize 6% interest per annum for the agreed amount from the date of order, till realization.
