Counsel for the complainant and opposite parties appeared. Heard. Complainant is conducting a Public Call Office and the opposite party has fixed a coin box in that office. The complainant is also selling top up and flexi recharge coupons. Advance payment has done for getting the top up coupons, Ist opposite party is getting commission for the same. For getting a recharge of mobile No.9446611827, flexi recharge for Rs.60/- was done on 26.02.2009 by the complainant. But due to irregularities in the work operation of the opposite party, the amount Rs.60/- was added 14 times. So the complainant suffered a loss of Rs.720/-.
 

The counsel for the opposite parties admitted the irregularity in recharging the same. Both parties are ready for a settlement. Counsel for the opposite party submitted that they have already issued recharge coupon worth Rs.750/- to the complainant. Opposite party already issued a recharge coupon worth Rs.750/- to the complainant. The complainant approached several times to the opposite parties and even at Ernakulam office for the same. So the complainant requested Rs.1,000/- for settlement.

Hence the matter settled between the parties, the opposite parties are directed to pay Rs.1,000/- to the complainant within 30 days as per the settlement.
