Counsel for the JDr has produced Form 35 duly signed by the JDr.  The Decree Holder submits that he has already taken the said Form and he does not require the same.  Hence, this Forum is ordered to be kept in the file itself. Decree Holder reports receipt of Rs.1,000/- from the Counsel for the JDr.  Form 35 alone is the clearance certificate.  As such, entire decree is satisfied. 

The Decree Holder submits that other claim mentioned in the Execution Petition is not complied.  The said claim is not covered under the Order under execution.  If Decree Holder entitled, if he advised, he may move for fresh Complaint if need be.  For that, this Order will not come in the way.  Hence this Execution Petition is fully satisfied and FILE.
