            This case is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the complainant for admission of the complaint. The matter is heard at length from the advocate for the complainant on the point of jurisdiction. Since in this matter the cause of action arose at Bhubaneswar and this Forum lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain this case, this case can not be admitted, hence the case is dismissed due to lack of territorial jurisdiction. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the case in the proper Forum for redressal of his grievance.

            The order is pronounced on this day of 19^th July 2016 under the signature and seal of this Forum. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
