            The Ld. Agent for the complainant is present also files hazira.

            It appears that the complainant filed a petition praying for condone the delay of 367 days. Hd. The Ld. Agent of the complainant perused the petition.

            It appears that there is inordinate delay of 367 days for filing the case but there is no sufficient reason for this delay also no iota of evidence on materials that any one prevented him to file this case in due time. The complainant is failed to satisfy this Forum condone the delay. Hence, the prayer is not justifiable and considered and rejected.

FINAL  ORDER

            The record is put up at the instance of the petitioner. He files an application for withdrawing the case. Subsequently the petition is not pressed.

            Accordingly, petition be rejected.

            In view of last order dated 27-05-2014 the present case has already been disposed of as it has must be a filed in the stipulated period.
